These terms set out the basic basis on which Lead Rescue UK may provide missed-call recovery, enquiry capture, follow-up automation, booking support, and optional AI receptionist or call-handling related services.

Service scope

Service scope depends on the package agreed. Services may include setup, configuration, workflow support, enquiry handling support, and related communication processes.

Pricing

Pricing is based on the package selected and may include a one-off setup fee plus a recurring monthly charge. Any custom work or non-standard requirements may be agreed separately.

Payments

Unless agreed otherwise, setup fees are due before work begins. Monthly charges are due in advance for the service period they relate to.

Results

Lead Rescue UK aims to improve missed-call response and enquiry recovery, but specific commercial outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Actual results depend on call volume, response quality, market conditions, pricing, sales process, and other factors outside direct control.

Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business and contact information
  • Provide timely access to relevant systems where needed
  • Review and approve key setup details promptly
  • Use the service in a lawful and responsible manner

Cancellation

Cancellation terms may depend on the service agreed. Where no separate written agreement applies, either side may request cancellation with reasonable notice before the next billing period.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lead Rescue UK will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
